MEETINGS

Monthly Luncheons are held from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM. We do ask that all members show up prior to the meeting start time (11:30 AM) to ensure the meeting starts on-time.

Sign-in and networking is held from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and presentation from 12:00 to 12:45 PM. With an RSVP through Eventbrite, lunch fees are $25 for paid members, $10 for student members, and $40 for non-members. Lunch fees for all attendees without an RSVP is $50 at the door. All members of the transportation engineering community are welcome - membership to OCTEC is not required.

To offset the cost of expenses incurred by OCTEC, we continually seek sponsors. Your company's ad is prominently featured on the newsletter and the web-site. The cost to sponsor a meeting is $500 and to sponsor the newsletter is $150.
